How to tanslate the "Format Panel" and "Emotion Sound" buttons the in Icon menu toolbar.
Can't find out how!

You can't translate that. Patchou said that due to technical reasons (if i remember correctly) those buttons can't be translated (at least in the current releases). The same happens with the "&Plus!" text of the menu of the contact list window.
