is there a way to disable those custom emoticons on a per user basis?
i think there is a way to disable it globally, but i dont want that
because some people are abuse it ridiculously, and others use it in moderation

hmm, do u know exactly how that works?
hopefully i can try to work out something that could work as a DLL to slip in between processing and displaying
