Plus > Soundlibrary > import/export

For Plus!3 see Plus!3 Tutorials - How can I export a group of my own custom sound to a soundpack?

P.S. uninstalling messenger does not affect the Plus! soundlibrary..only uninstalling Plus! including all preferences does that.
