Few days ago, I can't find my friend's contact on my MSN. Today, it happened again, another contact is missing. I'm sure that my friend didn't delete my contact.

I've checked "privacy" and sure that I'm on her contact list (that means she didn't delete me).

I'm using MSN7.5n and MP!3. Please help!

The thing I can tell you is that Plus! won't delete contacts.
Any other recently installed programs causing problems?
Anyone besides you having access to your account?

Actually no one got my password and I didn't leave my workstation.

Few hours ago, there is an error message asking me to shut down the MSN for recovery and restart my computer. I didn't do so since this error message always pop up.

Sorry that I forgot the content of the error message as I'm using the Chinese version.

As I still on my friend's contact list, I'm sure that she didn't delete my contact. This is very strange cause this happened before.

If your contact has you or deleted you doesn't affect your contact list,
you can try making a clean reinstall of WLM and Plus!
You can connect to online messenger and see if they appear there, they should appear on your local messenger in a bit...
It can be a server problem too....which you can only wait

Try using a different messenger such as an online one, windows messenger, or messenger on someone else's computer. Also check if they have been deleted from your online hotmail address book.
