O.P. playing .mov's
Hi,

I have a .mov that I can't play with Windows Media Player, or Quicktime.  I get sound but not video.  What can I use?

There are various ways of playing a .mov file. Quicktime Alternative is my choice.

why does everybody use 10 different players with 10000 different codecs for every single extension?? use VLC player like sammy said. its the best, its small and its free :)

Well, I use MPC. And it only has the one codec which allows it to play .mov on websites. VLC player isn't the best. You may think so...

I only use Real Alternative and Quicktime Alternative. For everything else I use ffdshow.
