Alrighty, my first post here:

I've had live messenger for quite a bit now.  However, recently my Live messenger will not open at all.  I've reinstalled it, repaired it, restarted my comp, etc.

Anyone have any methods to solve this?

I suggest following the instructions that are located here and then if that doesn't work, come back and we'll see what other solution we can think of.

What that link is basically providing a solution to do a complete uninstall without too much of a hassle.

Messenger's evil.  It finally booted up about 5 hours after I clicked the exe <_<
