Yeah so basically, there are certain contacts on my list, only a select few however, that rarely get the messages i send them and if they do its usually sent after a little while.

for these same contacts, i see them sign onto msn but then i look my contact list and they are all offline. however, i look at the event viewer and it says they signed on but never signed off. after that i sign out and back into msn and it says they are online, but they still usually dont get my messages.

any suggestions?
