O.P. Happy  Problem with my contact list
Hi!
Is there anyone can tell me why my list of contacts is always offline, even if they are surely online?

I also unistalled windows live messenger, re - installed, then I erase every contact, endly I re write all contact... but the problem is not solved...

Please help me!!

Maybe you changed your email and nobody added the new one. It's a possibility...

If this happening only with certain contacts try Cookie's Solution
If not maybe they didn't accept you or blocked you
