O.P. Sponsor won't go away ~

I accidentally installed msgplus with sponsor and when i tried to uninstall it .. it didnt work.

I've tried using the way that's shown but it didn't work~ Then i tried to uninstall the whole program of msgplus and re-install it again without the sponsor and the sponsor is still there ...

Someone please help!! Quickly ...
