Ever since yesterday, when I received the message:

Messages seem to take a very long time to reach my contacts. I've tried '/ping' on Plus!, and sometimes Pong takes a very long time to come back, and sometimes it takes less than 1 second. It seemed that yesterday some contacts didn't receive my message...

I have no trouble receiving messages. Please, I need to know whether this is a server error or something. Reply soon.

Yes, i expect it is the servers side, nothing can be done, except to go on some im webmessengers

That's because it's a server side issue, not an issue with your computer. Best thing is to keep trying and it'll resolve on it's own.
