Yeah, what Time said is pretty original, ask her out somewhere fun, if the weather is good, Go Karting is pretty much loads of fun (if you don't act like an ass and try to compete), Maybe going to these restaurants where you do your own chinise (wtf, Firefox' corrector doesn't recognize chinise?) Sushi, it's fun.  Or maybe one of these relaxing Yoga stuff that you do together.

Tell her a heartfelt apology and take the blame for it all, don't try and shift it, then give her a single long stem red rose.

you should come up with your OWN idea. that's the only way to be original.

if it were me though, i would have claimed full responsibility for EVERYTHING that happened. it WAS your fault.

then to let her know i was sorry i'd probably do it in my own way.. such as get a krispy kreme and write "sorry" on it in icing.

Take her out for a day, just do stuff, like go to theme parks, long walks, have fun, then take her out for a romantic meal.

I go along with FrozenDaggers idea of a candle-lit dinner, just something between the two of you. Or if you feel that's too much, then take her out some place fun and then go for a quiet meal at a pizza place or something simple.

For someone who isn't your girlfriend, something simple like chocolates would make up for your mistake. I mean it's something that happens, but it shows you care enough to take some time to make up for it

Works for me when I do silly stuff, although I would often just pay for something on the spot, like if you were out with them and friends or something. I own someone a bottle of wine atm.
