Hi I just download windows plus live messenger today version 4.11.0254. Because I want to make a phone calls but there is not any Phone icon into my messenger options, I just can make a calls to contacts online, but not to an external phone number.
What Do I need to do to get a Verizon Credit balance to call with a dialpad by my messenger?
