my plus live doesn't work!! and i can't understand why... because if i enter in msn with my name and my password it doesn't work but if i enter with my friend's name and password it work!! WHY??

in what way exactly doesn't it work?
E.g. does it stop you loging in? does it not load if you are logged in?

If you could give us a better idea of whats actually wrong we might be able to give you a solution
Any error codes you get will help?

Excatly what words? Do you mean like, when you send the sound Hello!, the words Hello get sent to a contact. This is normal. Just make sure you have your speakers turned up and you should hear the sound as well as see the text

Maybe he/she Doesn't have plus! installed. This will cause some features to not work.

Did you enter your email or name?
Cos that will make a big difference

So Plus! is loading (don't know if correct) because you can send (and recieve) sounds only with Plus!

Edit: Try to explain us exactly what is hapening with details...
Also don't forget to tell us what versions of WLM and Plus! do you use...

on the screen appears some letters without meaning... example:if i select the "wow" sound on the screen appear:  ?swoow     but the strange is that when i enter with my friend's e-mail and password all sounds works!!always using the same computer... i use MsgPlusLive-411
