RE: Why wont they delete?
try restarting your PC.

If cannot, boot up in safe mode, go to command prompt, type, del c:/[location of the file].
(you might want to change the letter of your drive if the file is in the other drive)

Why did you erase the filenames? It might help to determine wether those are systemfiles or not...

There is a program to unlock files, it's called Unlocker but at all times you need to make sure wether that file really isn't necessary anymore (use with caution).

They aren't, you can see the last word of the filename is you slightly try.

Try changing the file extension, restarting the computer then deleting the file.

I don't have to try to read the filenames..he asks for help on certain files..it's only logical those filenames are given/shown, not (partially) erased.

There is a program to unlock files, it's called Unlocker but at all times you need to make sure wether that file really isn't necessary anymore (use with caution).
The two are:
RollerCoasterTycoon2-dm.exe,Macromedia Studio 8 Full Edition.(Flash Dreamweaver Fireworks).exe

Use command prompt in Safe Mode to delete those files. It will work.

Did you try restarting your PC btw?

Changing the file extension when the file itself is not able to be deleted with an error of that is totally impossible.

They could be regular executables, remove/uninstall the programs from add/remove programs before you try to delete them. Ofcourse that might have to be done at the admin account if these are installed to more than one windows account (remember the install just for me/for all question lots of softwares have).

My statement wasn't meant to be snarky. I can see how it was taken that way though.

And yes... safe mode
