those stats are pretty "technically casual" -- but i guess a retail machine with those stats would be a good 430GBP (in the US at least)

Please link to the source, or if it's not an online source make sure your details are correct. PCI-x was never used for graphics afaik. And AMD dosn't make cases, so something is fishy about that.

Yes, I also think he meant pci-express and not pci-x.
Fuse, next time please state what you said carefully. There's such thing as PCI-X, and both of them are two completely different thing. Listing down specifications have to be careful. ;)
Anyway, back to the topic. I think it worth more than you imagine the price is.
