O.P. Please Help?

Hello

When I log into my Messenger Live my Messenger Plus! does not start - its like its not even installed on my computer (but it is)

Does anybody have any ideas?

I have uninstalled it and then downloaded it and installed it again, but still no joy.. anybody have any ideas?

Please Help

hi,
i have downloaded messenger plus live and i do not have several of the features that i read about on the website. however, the one that i would like to have is the feature that says we can personalize our contacts by setting a particular song for them when they go online or offline. also to show an indication when the user has gone offline.
