I have read through and not seen anyone mention this and if they have I am sorry to have overlooked it and asking again. The problem I seem to be having is that alot of my instant messages are not going through. When I send someone an instant message they are not receiving them half the time and when I try to send a message and wait some time and then sign out I get  a message stating that the conversation could not be started. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a simple solution? Please help me.Thanks

Are you sure that your internet doesn't drop down/restart? If it does then its your internet connection to be blames, else blame microsoft's servers which often have problems.

No has nothing to do with the internet connection. But thanks for the feed back. Wondering if I uninstall MSN messenger and reinstall if that will fix it, or mybe a case where I may have to wipe out my whole system!?

Highly unlikely that you will have to reboot your whole system, how long has this been happening?

I am not sure exactly how long it has been happening, but has been for some time now. I would say at least a few months or more.

i would uninstall and reinstall the newest version of msn messenger.

I have the newest version, that is why I wasn't sure if there were any patches to fix this problem or if maybe I should uninstall and reinstall. The only thing is if I do that do I not lose all of the emoticons that I have saved?
