Well, i just got my computer fixed after a long time. And now every time i boot, i get an unknown window pop up at me every time, displaying the date and time in the title. Only thing if, it just displays an IE not found error,. No clse butting or anything. I dont even know what it is...
Any help?

when you say fresh install you mean reformat aswell?
and have you checked all your reg keys where stuff goes to start?
can we have a shot of the whole screen plz
