    i have a question

when i send a custom sound file to someone im chatting to this is in mono yes

i really urgently need to find help ( ie ) programmer who can design and write an application programme involving sound

lets say an msn add on - that is downloadable

i want the application to work like this

when i and anyone else download and install the application it will work like this :

the application will have say 20 words that are tagged and have a stereo sound/wav file tagged to these words

if these words are typed and sent to another computer when they reach the computer it will activate/sound the tagged wav file in stereo

when i talk to someone else and send them text each time there PC recieves my text or anyone who has application installed  it it looks and checks the text for any of the tagged words

if it see a tagged word it will activate and sound a wav file on that computer. it must be stereo

you can sort of do this on plus but its mono

we will pay a programmer to do this if it can be done in the way we wish

also we waould like to tagg emoticons the same way - is this possible ?

I will help write a script for this, it might not be the nicest thing but others may like to improve on it.  I usually just write the backbone of the scripts anyway....

EDIT: By the way, in future can you please just make one thread, if it is in the wrong section then an administrator or a moderator will move it to the correct place.

EDIT2:  Just so nobody starts work on this, I have almost finished it, just waiting on getting the default sounds that were wanted.  Hopefully I will hear a reply soon and be able to post it, otherwise it is just going to have to wait....

use audiator...it's a MP!L script that does this works AFAIK. search 4 it in the script DB
