O.P. Logon screen!! [NEW]

I downloaded this http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/26329072/?qo=...A24h+age_scale%3A5

Its a logon screen for windows xp, When i downloaded it i click on it and opend it, (windows can not open this file)

Where do i put it to make it my logon screen ?

As the category that it's actually posted in on DeviantArt suggests, you need to install LogonXP.

i clicked on the link at my college and it says "blocked, nudity"! how pointless
