Hi everyone,

I have got Adobe v8.0 for a couple of weeks now, and its really buging me for two resons...

1) Constantly checks for updates whenever I open it
2) Creates a "Updater5" and "My eBooks" folder in my documents

Can anyone tell me how to put off both the things???

till now I was unable to find anything in Adobe 'Prefrences' that would make it STOP looking for updates or STOP telling me where my eBooks should be kept

Its very annoying to find an unwanted "Updater5" folder in my inbox
