Can one send a wink or emotion sound in auto-responder
if not possible, will be it in a next version?

You can send sounds using "/sound <sound ID or name>", just like you would normally do in a conversation.
I don't think winks are possible, I'm not sure though, since winks can't be sent using just text (correct me if I'm wrong). You have to choose one from the winks window, which the auto-respond feature can't do for you.

If there is a command for it, yes you can. The auto-responder works in just the same way as if you write something in a chatwindow, so it too accepts commands...

The command to send a wink is:
/wink
though you need to select the wink yourself

The command to send an emoticon sound is:
/sound

See the command list help window when you just press "/" in a conversation window
