O.P. Suggestion: Desktop contacts
Would it be possible to add the option of being able to click through the desktop contact bars as well as being transparent?  I know there are other desktop apps that can do that... It means that you can select "always on top" and transparency, and they wouldn't get in your way...

ok, thanks for that, but I dont have a middle button, just a scroll wheel! (clicking that doesn't work). Wouldn't it be easier just to be able to click through it as if it weren't there, and have something like (ctrl + clk) to select it?

Thanks again for the quick response

RE: Suggestion: Desktop contacts
Make sure the scroll wheel has been set to simulate a third button. This is done in your mouse drivers.

As for using CTRL, that is already used for positioning the desktop contacts without snapping them to the edges of the screen.

Though, it would indeed be usefull for some if you also could set a hotkey (eg: ALT) which can be used to click-through.

However, the choice for the middle click and the hiding of the dekstop contact over using a hotkey and left click-through is actually better as it allows you to use any key and/or mouse combination or action to manupilate the underlying objects. With using a hotkey and click-through action you will always be limited to what you can do (eg: you can't use that particular hotkey anymore and you also can right click on the underlying object, etc)

the middle button has already been comfirmed as a "not working" bug by patchou
