Run the script, then your done.
Delete it if you want or just leave it.

Yup..
End that, then run the script

Delete the one that's under User Name "The Todds" because that's your username right? The one that says svcshost.exe. After run the script that TheGuruSpremacy provided. It really does work
Make sure you have msnPlus! though, if you don't have it you can go download.

Click then save. After you've end the process just click the script and tick the import button then import.. it's something amongst those lines then it will just say bleh bleh is success =]. Then you're done.
