No it worked perfectly with 14.0.8050.1202 except for nudging offline contacts as mentioned before but the latest build is not supported.

it says to send nudges you have to type /sendnudge <nudges> <delay>. What is the delay measured in. Seconds or milliseconds?

No, on my computer, I have that build of MSN, After I installed that script, I restarted my computer and when I signed in to MSN, It said: NudgesToolScript Stopped
When I started NudgesToolScript, It froze and closed my MSN.

Were you using the right version of the script 1.35
? Also, did you try to use it again after re-signing in and it crashed WLM more than once and not the first time only?
