Lock on lid close

O.P. Lock on lid close
Anyone know how i can do this?
So if i shut the lid of my laptop it will automatically lock itself?

Look into your configuration panel under the power saving options (where you enter how long it takes for the pc to go in hibernation and such stuff = "power options", "power management" or whatever it is called).

Config Panel > Power Options > Advanced > Buttons > ...

Yeah I know about that but it doenst have lock there. So i was wondering if there was a program that could make it lock on shut of screen :P

you can make it stand by, and then set it to lock on stand by...

Yeah but say I shut the lid and then 2 secs later want to open it again id have to wait for the standby to sartup etc.

hey,

you could, just before you close lid press the windows key and L. then set it to do nothing when you close the lid.
