Hey... Wondering if someone could help me out. I am running windows live messenger 8.1.. Recently I noticed that before I log in the dog picture comes up as my display picture, then when I log in my own picture comes up fine.... Funny thing is that all my mates can only see the dog pic when im logged on and not my own pic..... Only happened recently aswell...  Anyone any thoughts as to why this would happen??? Thanks in advance...

What version of WLM are you using?

Help > about messenger

Also, any additional plug-ins or add-ons? Any patches?

Maybe problems with internet connection???
I have a friend that I couldn't see his picture, as his ionternet was very slow...

Thanks for the reponses.... I am running version 8.1..... Its weid once I am signed in I can see my picture, its just my friends can just see that dog pic!!!! Internet connection is fine.. No problems there... Any other suggestions?? I wonder could I install an older version??

Also no plug ins/patches!!!
