I deleted a start menu entry, then when i opened the start panel again to open paint, they were all gone except utorrent, Default programs and Windows update
I dont know how to get it back, ive tried rebooting, the default program crap and installing something so all my other things would come back..

Update: Now everything in the all programs have gone

Almost certainly because you deleted them all without thinking/noticing/realising. So your best bet is the Recycle Bin.
