O.P. custom emoticon plays faster when loaded?
when i'm viewing a certain .gif (emoticon) it'll play at a normal speed. then when i load it as an emoticon on msn it plays faster... any idea?

Strange, I've never heard of this before.

yeah, its always been like that. i'd save a certain animated .gif that i like off a website. load it up on msn as an emoticon and it plays faster than it's supposed to. by the way, do emoticons always have to be 19x19 or 50x50? cant make it appear bigger?
