O.P. Turning on USB ports.
I have three USB ports when I plug anything into them nothing happens at all additionally was wondering how to turn them on or see if they are on. Also when I go into the Device manager there is a "USB Host To Host Bridge" listed under Other Devices with a ?. When I try to update the drivers for it, it says no drivers could be found and will not let me enable the USB Host To Host Bridge. Could this be the cause of the three USB Ports not working ?

BIOS. There is a thing there (at least in mine) that allows you to turn on and off ports.

The Host to Host bridge seems to me like a USB cord that runs from one computer to another...enabling them to communicate to each other.
