I am trying to setup an auto reply when my status is away

I am trying to find help for what these fields are:

Name Tag:
Personal Message:
Auto-responder

Auto reset
Activate global shortcut

What do these fields mean?

Many thanks for any and all help

Name Tag: What gets added to your name (For example)

Sam = Sam (Eating Food)

Personal Message: What your personal message will be for the status (for example)

I am eating food now, yum
