hey, my motherlanguage is german and i'm not the best at english at all... i try my best...


so... i had windows live messenger installed on my computer. it worked great and there were no problems.... then i installed msn live plus and my anti-virus-program showed me a message with something like trojan, so i deinstalled it...

after this my msn works very strange!

it is in the auto-startlist of course... the process runs, but the program itself doesn't start...

after a while i saw, that if i turn to standby-mode and start again msn starts... but it crashes after a few minutes... thats really awful...

can you help me??

i installed the msn-live-plus again (my anti-virus didn't show me a message again) but msn doesn't work at all...

i used the standard msn which is on the computer, but thats boring... no avatars, no emoticons and something like that

please help me!!!

uninstall mpl then uninstall wlm then install wlm then mpl and don't install the sponsor program

ps. which antivirus program are you using
