O.P. Chaging Profile Help?
I need some help about how to transfer all setting (both MSN Messenger & MsgPlus) to new sign in name:

Currently I am using a hotmail account and wanted to change to a different email (gmail throught net passport). I did find a function to export the contact list but all other setting are gone if I change to a new sign in email (new profile)

Those missing after transfer are :
- Emoticons Setting
- Display Picture Setting

How can I transfer these info and all other setting as what I have set from previous account without redoing the setting again?

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

You can export your Plus! settings using the Import/Export Wizard. Messenger settings don't have a backup mechanism though I'm afraid.

Thanks RaceProUK, I have successfully transfer MSGPlus Settings into new account.

Now, only MSN Messenger stuff is unable to transfer (ie.Emoticon (incl the shortcut), etc)

You can backup Emoticon, Winks, Background using Baisoft MSN Backup as save them in the other account :).

Why didn't I remember about Baisoft MSN backup? It'll backup and restore custom content.

Settings though: there's no utility for that yet.

Edit: Felu, you've done it again :P
