Is it possible for me to start from scratch to make scripts? Or is it just too hard? I have had some experience with java coding runescape private servers and ran a semi-succesful server. Im not too sure if this counts in this kind of scripting. Also if its not to much hassle would you mind posting some tools that i need to get started?

you dont need to download one, other than plus...

just go into plus preferences > (left tabs) Scripts > Create

or something like that and then you can code in there
