Conversation windows don't appear on 3D window changing in Vista

O.P. Conversation windows don't appear on 3D window changing in Vista
When I use the 3D way of changing windows in Windows Vista, any conversation windows that I have open do not come up - only the contact list.  However, when I change windows in the normal way (Alt + Tab) the convo windows do come up.  Do other people have this problem too?  Is this a problem with the current version of WLM?
PC Model: HP dv9340ea
OS: Windows Vista SP 1
WLM version: 14

if you have tabbed chats enabled in Messenger Plus! Live, they will show like that because of a limitation with the tab chats.
