Who is the creator of parent filter? no member has the name "David Wan"
I know how to get it to be better... just to add 120 lines
So who is the creator or is he even a member here?
My edited version has a menu and options to turn on/off in coming or out going messages.. not both on same time

(renamed from bad word filter.. it can do more than filter words now
