O.P. VTP7 start button issues

Orb shows up behind the taskbar and also 'normal' start button does not go away.

EDIT: Sorry about the crappy jpeg but the little light sliver above the taskbar is the 'fixed' button.

Since I think this post is a bit vague, I'm just adding some extra info: VTP7 stands for Vista Transformation Pack 7 and it's made to style Windows XP like Vista.

Baggins, are you using any other skinning apps or skins which could be overriding parts of this such as WindowBlinds or StyleXP?

I have VTP6, and using the start orb too.
drag it while holding control
