Hi,
I have this problem on youtube where I can only download the first few seconds of a video and the end screen comes on.  I've tried deleting my temporary internet files but that has not worked.  Can anyone please help me figure out how I can fix this?

if you're on a wired connection:
make sure the wire is secure.

if you're on a wireless connection:
make sure you have some good signal.
