my question is : Anyway to make a Vista transparent to WLM ??

i dont mean the normal transparent !! this normal transparent is really not usable and old style..

i mean the transparency to be only on the messenger windows frame..
and not to affect the window icons, text, display pictures and webcam when opend...

it would be really more than AMAZING !!!!!
