Over there, Discovery X is no longer supported.

Please use the latest version of Discovery Live (by downloading from their website), as it may resolve your problem.

Go to Add/Remove Programs(via Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs) find Messenger Discovery X in the list and select Uninstall.(sometimes it can be 'Remove' or 'Change')
