I was checking my emails this morning (I've not been able to boot the email PC for like 2 days ) and found an E-Mail from Microsoft Connect telling me that there's been an update to the Windows Live Beta program.

As far as I can tell, the updated software is Windows Live SkyDrive (it's the online folders thing), so I figured, meh, what the hell, 500MB of free online space.

After using it for like 20 minutes, I have to say it's actually pretty good. It's kind of hard to hotlink to files on it... but it does work for images. I've tested it.

So that was what they were on about I didn't notice anything new on connect when i went there.

Windows Live Home is also a new 'product' which was rolled out with the SkyDive thing.

Windows Live Skydrive (formerly Windows Live Folders) is available in the United States in English and Spanish, Great Britain, and India.

Windows Live Home however is available to all and is pretty cool in my eyes...

For those interested i keep a list on my site of the Windows Live betas..(including the publicly available ones)

Yeah i got that to, quite annoying especially when they tell you to test it and it says that lol, oh well, maybe l8r

I get frustrated using connect, you can't navigate it, it is ugly and well, Microsoft just leave messages saying 'It won't be in the next build, but we may consider it for a future release' .
