Creating a WLM addon?

I dont expect you to post a tut but just a simple tutorial for Windows Live Messenger that can allow me to do basic stuff like add icons in the WLM Toolbar etc. and add simple addon features. (Not bothered what features ill work on everything else after I have made the basic addon)

No, i don't know of any tutorial.

BUT...
a few things you should know first:
-Know how to code in C++ inside and out. Know how to find items in memory. know how to handle memory addresses.
-Get and know how to use a debugging program. Not from experience, secondhand knowledge only, I am told that Ollydebug works great.
