i have problems when i send and receive files from my contacts in wlm, it goes very slow, anyone know how i can solve this problem??

im using wlm 8.1 and have plus installed and i dont have any firewall, i have a direct connection from the computer to the modem.

It could just be either the upload speed of your connection, or the download speed of theirs.

no i have good connection and their so is their connection. it wasnt like this before. i got a new computer and now it is slow

MSN/WLM have always had slower transfer speeds. What is your upload speed, and how slow does the transfer go?

i know that msn/wlm have slower transfers speeds but this is to slow, its like that there is something that blocks the connection or something. it goes like 3-4kb/s when i send/receive files

and when i use dc++ or torrent my connection works fine, i get top speed.

I have always had this problem with WLM. I know my sister complains about this but I have tried just about every thing. If I were you I would find another means of sending stuff to your friend.
