Is it posibile to add custom emoticons to psm or name?
Using a script or some other way, or using some other addon for msn?

If all your contacts would have about 5 custom emoticons in their names or PSMs, you would download like 5 MB when you sign in (depending on contact list size).

It's not possible either.
