Hello there,

you probably think I'm a bit silly, but believe you me, this is driving me mad.

I have recently deleted my ex's e-mail address out of my contact list and e-mail list.

Today I checked the general settings and came across the Privacy Page (Tools, Options...), and there it was still, my ex's e-mail address. It is in the blocked section, but it just won't let me delete it. I left click it but the "delete" is not bold, so won't let me do it.

Then I tried taking MSN off the PC completely and downloading it again. But it kept all the settings and e-mail addresses so I'm back to square one.

Can anybody help? I really want it gone, there must be a way of doing it.

oh, and it's Version 8.1 if that's of any importance.

As long as they has you on her contact list their Email will stay there, so that you know they're blocked. If they were to remove you, the delete choice would be active.

@saint: makes sense!!! he has still got me on his list, so should ask him to remove my e-mail and then see if I can delete his.
