O.P. Taskbar pop-up in full screen programs?

Hey

I was woundering if it is posible to get notified when you get messeges, when you play full screen games. Youknow, the little anoying square in the bottom left corner of the screen.

And if yes, how?

in WLM's options under alerts, uncheck the box to not show alerts when running a fullscreen application
