Okay so I've installed everything for my webcam and plugged it in, but it STILL says that it's not plugged in?? I've taken out and put it back in, restarted my laptop many times and it STILL says it's not plugged in! What can I do?

Give us:

Then try putting it in the usb port you first you first used.

Also try reinstalling the drivers.

It's mikomi m6225 I think,
& There's only one free usb port on my laptop, and that's the one I used and I've reinstalled the driver a couple of times
