O.P. Ipod touch, no disck space

When im in my ipod touch it keeps telling me that i have low disc space left, but on itunes it says i have 14.3 GB left,

help?

tried iLounge or iPodWizard?

btw, can you try restoring your ipod's firmware with itunes? that will delete all of your music, though.
