My pc restarts automatically! A blue screen error appeares for a second, then the computer restarts windows...a error windows appeares too and it's the following:

I'm sure it has something to do with messenger, because if I keep msn closed, nothing strange happens to my pc.

Have you added any add-ons to wlm recently? If you did, did this happen after or before you installed them. The code you gave us is a .exe error try booting in safe mode (with networking) and wlm. Then reboot to normal mode then install messenger then plus

i belive that that blue screen you encountered is called a BSOD (blue screen of death)(correct me if im wrong), it usually happens when a file does something its not supposed to which could potentially harm the computer. the computer shows the BSOD as if to say "i saved you from something bad possibly happening to your computer). BSOD's usually happen after a change in your pc settings or when youve installed a new program that windows doesnt like. try thinking about what youve recently changed in your computer, and if you figure out what it is you could try changing it back to the way it was. as a last resort, im not sure this will work though, you could do a system restore to an earlier time before this was happening.

the last think I have installed is a demo version of nero8
I'm unable to uninstall!
it says "unable to load licensing subsystem.please re-install the application" and
"errore al registro di sistema OLE."
could my problem be nero?

Well uninstall it then if the problem never happens again it is.

download and follow instructions for Nero 8 Cleantool and that should remove Nero

I've finally uninstalled nero!!
for 48h I had no problems.
Now...my pc restarted again. blue screen again.
also uninstalled msn...!

so sad

ps: He said he's unable to uninstall ¬_¬ ----->SHE! I'm a lady:/
