No, nor is it possible

There is no method to find out which contacts have blocked you, and also it wouldn't be possible to change settings on someone else's computer via a script

There was a script that blocks people that are offline, that way, if they are only appearing offline, they cannot see when you are online either.

I you could unblock yourself, then what would be the point of the option to block someone?
